Women, Infants & Children (WIC)

Provides supplemental food vouchers and nutrition education to pregnant and breastfeeding women, infants and children up to age five. This federally funded program is limited to income eligible clients. As of June 15, 2011, we will be issuing EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) cards for WIC foods instead of paper vouchers.

Farmer's Market WIC Vouchers

Farmer's Market Nutrition Program coupons are available to use for the months of July through October. The coupons can be used to purchase certain fresh fruits and vegetables from approved vendors at local Farmer's Markets.

Vital Statistics

Provides forms to order certified copies of birth and death certificates.
Provides affidavits and notary services for parents to establish paternity.
